The Cybersecurity team has updated the Logical Access Management Standard to improve our security and productivity in managing our passwords.

  • Your password must have a minimum of twelve (12) characters.
  • Please note that passwords must contain at least three of the following character types: uppercase, lowercase, numeric and special characters (e.g. #@$%&!).
  • Passwords with familiar words/sequences like “Transat”, “Canada”, “123”, “2020”, “password” and more, cannot be used.

    You need to have setup your security questions beforehand. Otherwise, please contact CSI.
